Your items will be delivered at the time you selected when you booked, and we pick-up on the day and time you selected at booking.

We send a text before delivery, after drop off, and before pickup so everything runs smoothly. Just easy vacation gear.
FAQ 2: Do you deliver to Siesta Key Village, Crescent Beach, and Turtle Beach?

Yes — we deliver to all Siesta Key neighborhoods, including Siesta Key Village, Crescent Beach, Turtle Beach, and all Gulf-front condos, on or off the island
FAQ 3: What if my arrival or departure time changes?

Vacations don’t always run on schedule — we get it!
Just stay in touch via text. We adjust delivery and pickup windows when possible and will always do our best to accommodate changes.
FAQ 4: Can I place a last-minute order?

Yes — we do accept last-minute orders when available.
However, any booking within 24 hours requires you to call, text, or email us first.
The website does not allow same-day or next-day bookings without approval.
FAQ 5: Do you set up the equipment on the beach?

In most cases, no — we do not offer beach setup due to county regulations and timing restrictions.

Exceptions:
If you are staying somewhere with private beach access or a location that allows setup please text or email us.
We’ll review the location and let you know if setup is possible.
FAQ 6: What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel 8+ days before your rental start date → 100% refund, minus a $20 processing fee.
- Cancel within 7 days before your rental start date → 50% refund.
- Once items have been delivered → no refunds, but we are happy to exchange for other equipment.
This policy protects both our small business and your reservation window during peak seasons.

All equipment is clean, sanitized, and maintained in like-new condition.
Many guests mention our gear looks brand new — because we replace and upgrade it often.
FAQ 8: What happens if something breaks or I have a problem?
