1. Choose your dates and delivery window at checkout.
   Pick either a morning delivery (before 10 AM) or an evening delivery (4–8 PM, timing depends on where you are along our daily route).
2. Pick your items.
   Choose a bundle or select individual pieces. Not sure what you need? We're happy to help you decide.
3. Confirmation.
   You'll get an email with all your rental details right after booking.
4. Before you arrive.
   We'll send a quick message confirming your delivery window.
5. Delivery.
   We'll place your gear outside your unit, or as close as possible. Need baby gear set up inside? Let us know in the special instructions at checkout so we can coordinate access.
6. Pick-up.
   Leave your items outside your unit after 5 PM on your pickup day — we'll swing by and collect everything.
7. Need something different?
   Use the special instructions field at checkout to request a different timing, ask us to coordinate bringing items inside, or let us know if you'd prefer to meet in person.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 8+ days before your rental start date → 100% refund, minus a $20 processing fee
• Cancel within 7 days of your rental start date → 50% refund
• Once items are delivered → no refunds, but we're happy to exchange for other equipment
