How does Delivery and Pick-up Work?
- Choose your rental dates and times. That’s when we’ll deliver and pick up your beach gear. In most cases, we’ll drop everything right outside your unit — and text you a photo once it’s delivered!
- Pick your beach bundle or individual items. Not sure what you need? Just reach out — we’re happy to help make sure everything is a perfect fit for your vacation.
- After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with all your rental details.
- 1–2 days before your arrival, we’ll send you a text to confirm your delivery window.
- 1–3 days before your pickup, we’ll send a reminder text. Need to change the time? No problem — just let us know and we’ll coordinate a new pickup time that works for you.
Cancellation Policy
- Weekly rental orders cancelled 8 or more days before rental start date (for any reason) will be given a 100% refund, MINUS a $20 processing fee.
- Weekly rental orders cancelled (for any reason) within 7 days before rental start date, will be given a 50% refund.
- If rental item(s) has been delivered to customer, no refunds will be given. We will gladly trade for other equipment.
