How does Delivery and Pick-up Work?
• Choose your dates + delivery & pickup windows at checkout.
We’ll schedule your order within those windows as part of our daily route.
• Delivery: We’ll place your gear outside your unit (or as close as possible).
Need baby gear set up inside? We can coordinate access.
• Pick your items: Choose a bundle or individual items.
Not sure what you need? We’re happy to help.
• Confirmation: You’ll receive an email with all your rental details after booking.
• Before arrival: We’ll send a quick message confirming your delivery window.
• Pickup: Leave items outside your unit within your selected window—we’ll swing by and collect everything.
If items are inside, just let us know in advance so we can coordinate.
• Need a different timing or prefer to meet?
Add a note at checkout or reach out—we’ll coordinate a time that works.
Cancellation Policy
- Weekly rental orders cancelled 8 or more days before rental start date (for any reason) will be given a 100% refund, MINUS a $20 processing fee.
- Weekly rental orders cancelled (for any reason) within 7 days before rental start date, will be given a 50% refund.
- If rental item(s) has been delivered to customer, no refunds will be given. We will gladly trade for other equipment.
