How does Delivery and Pick-up Work?

  1. Select your rental dates and times. The check-in date and time you choose is when we will either leave your beach gear at your rental or we will meet you in person at your vacation rental. (Some properties are not able to be dropped off with out you present.) The check out date and time you choose is when we will pick up the beach gear. We will pick up from where we dropped the beach gear off, or meet in person at your vacation rental.
  2. Select your beach package or items you would like to rent during your vacation. If you have any questions about any of our products please contact us. We want to ensure you have exactly what you need.
  3. Once you have booked your beach gear you will receive a confirmation email. Shortly after you have received the confirmation email you will be texted a payment link. Payment is due 24 hours before delivery. We typically use texting for communication so please provide the cell number of the person whom would prefer to receive notifications.
  4. 24 hours before your arrival you will receive a text confirming the time of your delivery for the next day. 
  5. 72-24 hours before pick up we will send a text as a pick up reminder. If for any reason you need to change to a different time, we can coordinate a new pick up time. We realize prevacation brain is much different than post vacation brain.
